The Challenge
Fourteen autonomous business units, each with its own visual language, had drifted far enough apart that the parent brand had become invisible. The challenge was unification without erasure — preserving sub-brand equity while creating a cohesive enterprise identity.
The Approach
We conducted a full brand audit across all 14 units, mapped the equity worth preserving, and built a federated design system — a shared core with sanctioned flexibility for each sub-brand. The token-based system was built in Figma and delivered as a component library.
